Why is Goal Setting Important?
Many people tend to drift through their days, hoping that they’ll remember all of the different, difficult tasks that they need to do when the time comes. This often causes a lot of confusion and missed deadlines - it’s simply impossible to manage out and track your day just in your mind, at least for a longer period of time. People avoid goal setting mostly because it seems to difficult of a process or they think that they “lack the time to learn how to set goals”. There are a lot of steps involved in goal setting - you have to be able to plan and manage your time in advance, be able to stick with certain aspects of your plan that you might not like (if they will give you something good in return at a later time) and so on.
